With a background in a family business and extensive experience with small and medium-sized companies, I deeply understand the challenges and rewards of running a business. My expertise as a finance professional, former executive, Pinnacle Business Guide, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) is centered on helping business owners enhance their enterprise value through improved profits, predictable results, operational rhythm, and improved communication.

Throughout my career, I’ve served as a CPA for small and midmarket companies, held various roles in a large multinational, and been the CFO/CEO of three mid-market firms. My focus on enterprise value and operating systems was cemented during my tenure as CFO and then CEO of an ESOP company, where creating value for employees was crucial. We successfully implemented the EOS operating system there. My certification with the Pinnacle Operating System in 2023 was driven by its adaptability and innovative approach, suitable for organizations of various sizes and developmental stages.
